The first step would be to contact myself and I'll get you set up with an appointment with one of our esteemed sales consultants who will tour you through our models, various homes under construction as well as other home sites. After you are under contract, we will begin construction on your home right away. We love having our homeowners come to see their home under construction and love the excitement that it brings. After you sign your purchase agreement with us there will be three meetings throughout the whole process as per your homeowner guide. Meeting number one will be held with your superintendent as well as your sales consultant. The purpose of this meeting is your homebuyer seminar, and it is to allow you to review details with the salesperson as well as what to expect during the construction process. Your second meeting is called your pre-drywall meeting. This meeting is to ensure all the electronic placement is where you expect it to be throughout the home. The third and final meeting will be your pre-closing walkthrough. The purpose of this meeting is to meet with your project manager one-on-one to go through the home with a fine-tooth comb as well as review included features in your home. You will receive monthly updates from our office as well, as far as the construction status and our sales consultant will keep in touch with you every step of the way.
