Take your time exploring the currently opened communities on our website and select the area and model home style that best fits your needs.

Verify Your Identity
A valid driver's license is required in order to gain access to the home. Once you've connected with our online consultant, he'll request a photo of your driver's license for verification.
Let the Tour Begin
Poof, your access to the model home has been granted, and you are ready to enjoy your tour. Our online consultant will remotely prepare everything, unlocking the doors, turning on the lights, fireplace, and even adjust the temperature for your arrival.
Take the Next Step
After you have taken your tour, and envisioned how your life can be transformed in the home, you will likely have questions about the next steps to building a new home. Again, our online consultant is just a text or phone call away. He will recommend scheduling an appointment with our on-site community consultant so they can walk you through all the details of choosing your new home.
