The main point of contact would be your sales consultant, they are usually in the model or in the trailer and on-site about 5 days a week. They're there to help you. After you've met the builder, we also give you a cell phone number so you can communicate with the builder on-site. If you see some construction issues or something that may need help or repair, you can call, which is great because I don't know of any other builder that allows their construction manager to communicate directly to the buyer. It's a great concept for communication because we're all in communication together.
We really loved the staff that we had the opportunity to work with. Brooks was incredible and was so down-to-earth. He felt totally trustworthy while helping us to make decisions... he's a keeper. Jem was great with communication and taking the time to discuss things with us, even offering to go above and beyond at times. Both really good guys.
