The main point of contact would be your sales consultant, they are usually in the model or in the trailer and on-site about 5 days a week. They're there to help you. After you've met the builder, we also give you a cell phone number so you can communicate with the builder on-site. If you see some construction issues or something that may need help or repair, you can call, which is great because I don't know of any other builder that allows their construction manager to communicate directly to the buyer. It's a great concept for communication because we're all in communication together.
The entire process went very smoothly. I saw the home on October 31st and closed on December 5th. Maria was very helpful, and I received all the details from the title company to prepare for closing. Ron and Jem were also great people to work with. I had a few small issues and they took care of them quickly. I have owned three homes in the past, two of which were new construction. This, my fourth home, is by far, the best. It is a well-built home with quality workmanship. I love the property and the home. It was built with care, concern and attention to detail.
