After you've met the builder, we also give you a cell phone number so you can communicate with the builder on-site. If you see some construction issues or something that may need help or repair, you can call, which is great because I don't know of any other builder that allows their construction manager to communicate directly to the buyer. It's a great concept for communication because we're all in communication together.
