There are a lot of things that set us apart at Robertson Homes. 

• We've been around for 80 years, so we have a great process, we're very knowledgeable, and we have a team that has worked in this business for a very long time. So, I think that that sets us apart 
• We have a lot of communication, one-on-one communication, with the builder, the sales consultant, the closing team, and the design team. So, we're all working together to make this the home that you dreamed of
• Another thing that really sets us apart is the in-house warranty. I can't stress enough how important that is because we are responsible for everything that we do, so we aren't pushing you off to another company. We are actually doing the warranty work ourselves.
• Another thing that sets us apart is the design studio. We have a fabulous team of designers who know their stuff. They'll help you coordinate your home, so it looks beautiful on the inside and out. A lot of times you'll go to another builder where you'll have to pick your selections in a dark basement, and you really can't tell what colors you're picking, so I really think it's an important thing that we have a beautiful Design Studio where everybody enjoys being there and placing out their tools and materials to make their home their unique style.
• Another thing that we do that I think sets us apart from everybody else, is we have a procedure for building the home and we don't make you close before the home is ready. We wait we take our time to build your house and we make sure it's right before you move in. Other people have certain numbers they have to meet every single year or every single month so they're pushing those closings to get them into that particular time frame and that makes their warranty job much harder. We really want you to love the house that you move into the day you move into it. We usually don't have a huge list of items to complete before you move in the home, usually it's only two or three things. The construction team out here does a great job of making sure that the home is ready, fully inspected and beautiful for you to move into!
